a warm snug place on cold winter days;
Two dining areas adjoin the sitting room, providing indoor dining at the main
table on cool days and outdoor patio dining on summer days, with bi fold doors from
the living area. Both dining areas feature Italian tiled flooring with under floor heating
(indoors) and expansive views over the garden;
A swimming pool also adjoins the patio area, where guests are welcome to sit back and soak up the sun or take a stroll amidst the expansive two acre garden; and for the more
adventurous, the property also includes 30 acres of farmland and native bush pockets with stunning views back towards the city from the highest point.
Plenty of guest parking is available and we can also provide a drop off and pick up
service for local weddings and functions.
